At KB Coaching we help people build muscle, get stronger, lose body fat, move better and help with education around food intake and how to fuel your body appropriately to get you performing well on the gym floor and out in the real world!

We like to work with everyone and anyone who is looking to improve their body composition, improve their nutrition knowledge and learn about the appropriate calorie/macro intake for them and their desired goals!
